After acceptance, authors may return to the submission portal to update their record. This includes: adding or removing co-authors; uploading a revised paper version; correcting institutional affiliations; and updating any other submission details.
To add a co-author: use the Edit Co-speakers option in the portal. Note that "co-speaker" in PheedLoop's terminology means co-author — CELS sessions allow only one presenter per paper. Adding a co-speaker does not designate an additional presenter; it simply registers the co-author in the conference system for credentialing and program purposes.
