Tier A (High Income Countries): Participants affiliated with institutions in countries classified as High Income by the World Bank (GNI per capita > USD 14,005, FY2025) — including the USA, Canada, EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Tier B (All Other Countries, including Brazil): Participants affiliated with institutions in all other countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and all Latin American and African countries. Self-declared at registration — no documentation required.

All fees are in US dollars (USD). Brazilian and Latin American participants pay in BRL at the equivalent Tier B rate. Presenting authors who do not register by April 30 will have their slot reassigned to the waitlist.

The Gala Dinner is an optional separate purchase, open to all registered participants, accompanying guests, and invited attendees. Includes a full buffet dinner with beverages. The Early Bird price applies until April 30.
Brazilian participants pay in BRL at the equivalent rate (approx. R$ 406 / R$ 476). Purchases subject to availability — capacity is limited to 80 seats.
Full refund until April 30, 2026 (minus taxes). 50% refund from May 1 to May 15. No refunds after May 15. The same policy applies to the Gala Dinner ticket.
Need-based travel and lodging grants are available for presenting authors who lack institutional funding. Apply here — deadline March 29, 2026.
