Financial Assistance

Support is primarily in the form of travel and lodging assistance, funded through CAPES/PAEP, CNPq, and other grants.
Priority is given to presenting authors of accepted papers who lack institutional funding.
Registration fee waivers are available only in exceptional circumstances.
The number of grants is limited, and applications are evaluated in order of receipt.
Do not register before receiving a decision. Support will not be applied retroactively.
Decisions will be communicated by April 2, 2026.

Brief statement of financial need, typed directly into the form (one paragraph is sufficient).
Current CV in PDF, maximum 5 MB.
Supporting document if any, for example a denial of institutional travel grant. PDF, optional, maximum 5 MB.
